Who is it for?
My service is ideal for entrepreneurs, especially startups and small business owners, who need cost-effective, high-quality graphic design on an ongoing basis.
Think of it as hiring a virtual designer—like having an in-house designer, but without the high costs and extra responsibilities. No need for a workstation, equipment, EPF, SOCSO, subsidies, or HR paperwork—just great design, hassle-free.
What does unlimited requests and revisions really mean?
With all of the plans, you can submit as many requests and revisions as you need until you’re completely satisfied.
No matter how many requests or revisions you make, the price stays the same.
The only limitation is turnaround time, as I’m a human being, I can only handle the design one at a time on every business day to ensure quality and focus. Excessive revision requests may also extend turnaround times and impact the number of completed projects per month.
What is the turnaround time?
It depends on the plan you choose, but I will work on your requests every business day, all year round.
In most cases, I’ll deliver the first update within 1-2 days. For more complex requests, it may take up to 3 days to show the first preview.
What kind of designs can I request?
You can request a variety of designs based on your plan or package. While I don’t offer complex UI/UX, 3D, or advanced animations, I can handle most graphic design needs if you can clearly explain or provide a reference.

You can always check out the One-Time Design Services for custom projects outside your plan. If you still can’t find what you need, please contact me for a quote!
Who owns the designs you create?
Subscribers of all plans, except the Starter Plan, receive full ownership of their final designs. I may showcase selected works in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Your design files will be stored as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, I will keep them for an additional 30 days, during which you can request a resend. After this period, files may be deleted and cannot be recovered, so please ensure you have your own copies.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital services, I do not offer refunds. However, you can test my service for a month and cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
